To help us plan for attendance and ensure compliance with club policies, all event registrations must be submitted through the online RSVP form.


 

When completing an RSVP, attendees will be asked whether they are a current HLYC member or a guest.


 

Guests attending a private club event must be sponsored by a current HLYC member and may attend only one private club event prior to membership consideration.

 

The RSVP form will require guests to provide the name of their sponsoring member before their registration can be submitted.
This policy does not apply to public fundraising events, which are open to both members and non-members unless otherwise noted.
